The Healthy Money Cycle

Mar's Musings on the Healthy Money Cycle

Today, I want to delve into the concept of the "healthy cycle of money". Money isn't just about what we receive; it's about how we use it and put it to work. It's about how we spend it, how we invest it, and the initiatives we support. This entire flow of money, from its entry to its use, is what I call the healthy cycle of money.

It's essential that money comes into our lives through something we love to do because it carries an energy and a resonance. However, how we use it is equally crucial. In many ways, we've been taught that giving and receiving are intricately linked, but this link can be disentangled.

We've been conditioned to believe that giving is transactional. We give something to get something in return, and this view has become deeply embedded in our societies. Yet, there is another perspective, one where you can give without expecting anything in return, and you can receive just for being yourself, without the need to prove or perform.

The breaking point for me was when I gave birth to our son and realized the profound impact it would have on me if I had to return to work that I didn't love, leaving him behind. I saw how women often find themselves torn between earning money, doing their work, and being in the flow of what they truly love. This realization laid the foundation for my work.

My journey is about breaking old money patterns, understanding your value, building your purpose-driven work, and then investing the money you earn for it to flow. This work has led to the creation of various programs and coaching to support individuals and organizations.

In essence, it's about aligning your work with your purpose and passion, putting it out into the world, and allowing money to work for you, ultimately replenishing you. It's a cycle where we plug into money in all its facets, putting our work and energy out there and allowing money to work for us.

I've finally understood the cycle of my work and how to represent this visually, how all the aspects of the coaching on money, purpose and investing tie together.

I encourage you to assess where you are in your money cycle. Are you doing work that isn't aligned with your true self? Do you have a purpose that you want to turn into a source of income? Or perhaps you're already thriving and looking to reassess your investment strategies.

The key is alignment in all aspects of life. Money becomes a conduit, a flow that amplifies our possibilities. I hope this resonates with you and encourages you to reflect on your own money cycle.

Feel free to share your thoughts, as I love hearing from you and working together. Let's continue on this path of breaking old money stories, especially as women, and building our financial freedom together.

With love and gratitude,

Mar Michelle
