Feminine and Masculine Balance in Business

Mar’s Musing on the Feminine and Masculine Balance in Business

Today, let's explore the interplay between the Masculine and Feminine energies in our Business. First, I want to express my gratitude for all the feedback on last week's discussion about the energy of money. Your contributions have sparked new ideas and enriched our learning experience.

This week, with the full moon's presence, I find it fitting to address the topic of structure within the feminine flow. We're seeking new ways, as the old goal-oriented approaches no longer serve many women. We are embracing a more natural and organic process, one that allows for authentic birthing!

To strike a balance between the fluidity of feminine flow and the need for structure, I propose the "Cyclical Way of working". I'll share a handout for those interested in integrating this approach into their projects and business. The cyclical way draws inspiration from practices such as
Dragon Dreaming  and the Good Business model by Barbara Leao, plus my own work with women which encompasses various aspects aligned with the moon cycle.

It's crucial for us to align with nature and live in sync with its rhythms. Historically, we've relied heavily on masculine energy, often bulldozing through tasks. However, we must reintegrate the feminine qualities of nurturing, receptivity, and honoring our natural rhythms. The masculine plants the seed, while the feminine nurtures it patiently, providing the necessary time and space for growth. In today's society, we often rush and demand too much, resulting in burnout, aggression, and mental health issues. It's time to return to our gentle nature, honoring our bodies and embracing our natural ways.

I invite you to reconnect with yourself and your innate rhythm as a woman. Let the full moon be a time of illumination, releasing old patterns and embracing new possibilities. Explore new mentorships, teachings, and ways of building and nurturing your projects. To support you in this journey, I'd be delighted to share the "Cyclical Project Planner", a tool I've used personally and with the women I coach.

A reminder: while it's not necessary to structure your entire month around this approach, aim to allocate 15-25% of your week, or half a day to a day, to work on your business consciously. This time is devoted to working on your business, focusing on strategy, clarity, and vision. Some refer to these as the "CEO day". By keeping the moon cycle and the cyclical rhythm in mind, we can maintain forward momentum in a regenerative way without burning out.

If this resonates with you, please let me know. I'll gladly send you the "Cyclical Project Planner" and would appreciate your feedback on it. I'm excited to see more women embrace this path, cultivating a fluid and connected approach to themselves and natural cycles, allowing their projects to be birthed from this authentic place.

Share your thoughts by replying to me or in the comments, and feel free to mention how you integrate your menstrual cycle into your workflow, honoring your limits without pushing beyond them.

Let's continue growing and learning together as we build regenerative systems that empower us.

Thank you for joining me today. Until next time, keep embracing your authentic journey with the feminine essence.

With love,
Mar Michelle
