Next-Level Success: What You Need to Elevate Your Business

Next-Level Success: What You Need to Elevate Your Business

Today, I want to ask you a question: What support do you need as you grow your work and projects?

Once you’ve found your purpose, aligned with your money mindset, and broken through the limiting stories, what comes next? What support do you need to level up and continue putting yourself out there?

I’m asking because recently, several women who have gone through programs with me reached out saying, “I know my purpose. I know my gifts. I want to share them, but I’m struggling, and I feel alone.” Does that resonate with you? If you're working alone on your projects, what do you need the most help with right now?

One thing I’ve noticed in my conversations with women is the importance of structure. As creatives, solopreneurs, or entrepreneurs, we often struggle with creating structure, especially when it's all on us. It’s easy to show up when there’s an external commitment to others, but when it comes to self-commitment, it can be much harder to stay disciplined. I read something recently that hit home for me: Our self-esteem grows when we keep the commitments we make to ourselves, and diminishes when we cheat on ourselves. Isn’t that powerful?

For those of us running our own businesses, this is crucial. Our business reflects how we show up for ourselves. But when you want to grow, to move from solopreneurship to something bigger—maybe even building a team—what’s the gap that’s holding you back? How do we reach that next level, the stage where our work flows effortlessly and starts generating consistent results?

I’m not talking about a one-size-fits-all approach. What’s most important is finding your way of levelling up, of structuring your work, so you can fully put it out into the world in a way that feels right for you.

So, this week, I want to hear from you.

  • What is the support that could really help you get to the next phase of your journey?

  • Do you feel like it’s about the inner work—finding the discipline, commitment, or confidence to follow through on your goals?

  • Or is it the outer structures—the roadmap or strategy that’s missing to guide you through your next steps?

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this, because sometimes we know what needs to be done, but there’s a gap between knowing and doing. And it’s important to reflect on whether that gap is internal or external, so we can stop blaming external factors and start moving forward with clarity.

I've created a questionnaire that I'd lobe for you to fill out, – it’s just a few minutes but could be an excellent tool for reflection on what you need to take that next step.

Thank you so much for being part of this journey.

I can’t wait to hear from you and to keep exploring what’s next together.

Warmly,
Mar
